Find out if you're a candidate for orthodontic treatment from the comfort of your home or conveniently during your lunch break. Dr. Trommeter will personally review your case and you will be provided a customized treatment plan, estimated length of treatment, and cost of treatment.
Nothing automated here!

Step 1:

Take 8 photos of your teeth. We know it can be hard to capture all angles perfectly, just do your best. We even have a short video showing how it's done. For the best photos recruit a friend or family member to help you!

Step 2:

Please submit your photos.

Electively you can also submit any other imaging you may have from previous dental or orthodontic visits. Panoramic x-rays are most helpful as they allow us to have a more comprehensive look.

Please send the images to info@trommeterortho.com or text images to (720) 445-8960

Additional information to include with your submission:

  • First and Last Name
  • Best phone number and email to contact you
  • How can we help your smile?

*You will be added to our system and will receive a medical history form to fill out shortly after submitting your information. This also allows us to collect insurance information, if available, and provide you with the most accurate quote.

Step 3:

You're done!

Once we receive your photos and medical history Dr. Trommeter will start reviewing your case. We will get back to you within 2 business days with your personalized treatment plan.

While we do our best to provide the most accurate treatment plan and quote with the photos you provide, we will ask you to come in for a short records appointment to start your orthodontic journey. There may be a slight change to your treatment plan based on clinical records taken at that time. In some cases, it is not possible to provide a treatment plan and quote without an X-ray and in office examination.
